What We're Looking For:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing our marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand presence through social media management, PR activities, event coordination, and marketing operations. This position requires a versatile marketing professional who can effectively juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality output across all marketing activities.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop and manage social media, marketing materials, and PR communications while maintaining brand consistency

  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to interactions, and manage company's public image across all platforms

  • Handle press releases, media relationships, and coverage monitoring

  • Organize and execute both virtual and in-person marketing events, including budget management and vendor coordination

  • Oversee marketing tools, calendars, and KPIs while coordinating with internal teams

  • Track and analyze metrics across all marketing channels to optimize strategies and improve performance

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of growth experience at a Tech/SaaS company (Fintech is a plus)

  • Technical background is a big plus

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools

  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization would be a plus

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Bias towards action - getting your hands dirty is a must

  • Team-first mentality & growth mindset

  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical products
