What We're Looking For:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing our marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand presence through social media management, PR activities, event coordination, and marketing operations. This position requires a versatile marketing professional who can effectively juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality output across all marketing activities.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and manage social media, marketing materials, and PR communications while maintaining brand consistency
Monitor social media engagement, respond to interactions, and manage company's public image across all platforms
Handle press releases, media relationships, and coverage monitoring
Organize and execute both virtual and in-person marketing events, including budget management and vendor coordination
Oversee marketing tools, calendars, and KPIs while coordinating with internal teams
Track and analyze metrics across all marketing channels to optimize strategies and improve performance
Job requirements
2+ years of growth experience at a Tech/SaaS company (Fintech is a plus)
Technical background is a big plus
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization would be a plus
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bias towards action - getting your hands dirty is a must
