Your Team

At MoneyHash, the Product team is the strategic core of our business. Our mission is to:

• Define and develop innovative payment solutions that solve complex merchant challenges across diverse markets

• Create intuitive, seamless product experiences that drive adoption and customer satisfaction

• Use data and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion

You'll be joining a team of creative, analytical minds who are passionate about building world-class payment solutions. As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the product roadmap for your area of responsibility, translating business objectives and customer needs into product features

• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

• Create detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering to ensure successful implementation

• Drive the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management

• Develop and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

• Create clear product documentation, user stories, and feature specifications

• Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product vision and execution

• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and validate product hypotheses

You'll Be Great for This Role If You

• Have 3+ years of experience in product management or relevant field, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech products

• Have a background in fintech, especially payments or financial services

• Possess a strong understanding of API-based products and technical concepts

• Can translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritize effectively

• Have a proven track record of shipping successful products that deliver measurable business impact

• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels

• Excel at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

• Are data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment with imperfect information
