We're a fast-growing early-stage startup, and we know that building the right team is crucial to realizing our potential. At MoneyHash, we champion human empathy as well as work excellence. Join us and let's explore this journey together!

Your Team

At MoneyHash, the Product team is the strategic core of our business. Our mission is to:

  • Define and develop innovative payment solutions that solve complex merchant challenges across diverse markets

  • Create intuitive, seamless product experiences that drive adoption and customer satisfaction

  • Use data and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion

  • Stay ahead of fintech trends to maintain our competitive edge and deliver continuous value

You'll be joining a team of creative, analytical minds who are passionate about building world-class payment solutions. As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing

We're looking for a Technical Product Lead to drive our core payment infrastructure products. In this senior role, you'll bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution, leading complex product initiatives that form the backbone of our payment ecosystem.

  • Architect and define technical product strategy for our API-based payment infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands

  • Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance payment solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to make technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term technical vision

  • Drive API design, documentation, and developer experience to ensure our products are intuitive and easy to integrate

  • Develop technical specifications and roadmaps for complex payment flows, authentication systems, and integration patterns

  • Identify and resolve technical dependencies and risks across product initiatives

  • Guide and mentor more junior product managers on technical aspects of product development

  • Partner with sales and customer success to address technical requirements from enterprise clients

Job requirements

You'll Be Great for This Role If You

  • Have 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with at least 3 years focused on API or infrastructure products

  • Possess deep technical knowledge of payment systems, financial infrastructure, and relevant compliance requirements

  • Have hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, authentication systems, webhooks, and modern development practices

  • Understand technical concepts like data modeling, system architecture, performance optimization, and security protocols

  • Can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Have experience leading product initiatives in regulated industries with high security and reliability requirements

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions

  • Have previously worked closely with engineering teams and understand software development lifecycles

  • Hold a technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
